AS Anuja Consulting Services (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to providing high-quality career counseling, assessments, and student development services. To maintain professional standards and operational efficiency, the following rules govern the booking, cancellation, and refunding of our programs and sessions.
Non-Refundable Policy: All payments for counseling sessions, workshops, assessments, and programs are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for reasons including change of mind, lack of interest, scheduling conflicts, partial usage of services, or incorrect information provided by the user.
Finality of Sale: Because psychometric tests involve unique digital codes and licenses, no refunds are issued once assessment login details are shared, the test has commenced, or report generation has begun.
Rescheduling: If a cancellation is requested at least 24 hours prior to the session, you are permitted to reschedule one time at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered a "no-show," and the session fee is forfeited.
No-Show Policy: If a student fails to attend a scheduled session, no refund will be issued, and rebooking will require a new payment.
Enrollment: Fees for multi-day programs, school workshops, or training sessions are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
Missed Sessions: If a student misses a session within a program, the fee cannot be adjusted or refunded.
Consultancy-Side Issues: If technical difficulties occur on our end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Student-Side Issues: Sessions affected by the student's technical issues are counted as completed unless the problem is reported within the first 10 minutes and supported by video or screenshot proof.
Operational Delays: If we delay a service for operational reasons, we will offer a rescheduled slot. No monetary refunds will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In these instances, we will offer a rescheduled session or program adjustment. Refunds remain at the sole discretion of the company.
Digital Sales: All sales of e-books, templates, and reports are final once access is granted.
Institutional Agreements: Refunds for school or institutional partnerships are governed by the specific terms outlined in their respective MoUs or signed contracts.
